Wasps
Wasps are social insects. The Queen wasp is the only one who survives through the Winter.
In the Spring she will make a small nest, about the size of a golf ball, lay eggs and the colony will grow until the nest ends up about the size of a football
The Yellow and black colour of wasps make them very easy to identify. They will sting if annoyed and that's very easy to do from July onwards as the nest starts to die out.
If a wasp's nest is disturbed they can become agitated and seek to attack whoever is responsible.
The removal of Wasps should therefore be left to the experts who have the correct equipment.
